 | The permanent storage of spent fuel elements and / or waste from reprocessing is one of the central future tasks for all nuclear power producing states. In Sweden Babcock Noell had a significant share in the solution of these tasks with the construction and commssioning of a storage machine. In the meantime, several hundred storage processes have taken place - in addition to the demonstration of technical feasibility this is also an important contribution to public acceptance of permanent storage. |
