Babcock Noell has been operating in the decommissioning, dismantling and disposal of nuclear facilities since the end of the 1970s. We have successfully resolved tasks such as fuel element disposal, the safe containment of nuclear facilities and dismantling down again to a green field.
In close collaboration with our customers we realize new systems for disposal purposes from a single source - from planning and approval up to implementation. In addition we design, build and operate equipment for hot cell engineering, remote handling technologies, special-purpose instruments as well as decontamination and conditioning facilities.
