Flue Gas Cleaning

The Environmental Technology division is the centre of competence for custom-tailored flue gas cleaning solutions for NOx, SO2, SO3, dust and other relevant pollutants generated by the fundamental firing processes in fossil power stations, waste incineration plants, industrial production processes and associated technologies.

A strategic cooperation agreement for the purposes of strengthening our market position – especially with Europe in mind – has now been concluded with globally active power station builder Babcock & Wilcox, USA, in the sphere of flue gas cleaning. This means that BNG’s product range in the field of flue gas desulfurization with, for example, the proven double loop procedure, now also includes a highly efficient single loop process.

Besides this, the Environmental Technology division is also a successful supplier of optimization, modernization and conversion measures for existing plants and systems such as, for example, tray upgrading or the restoration of materials.

The Environmental Technology division offers its customers a complete service covering the project planning, development and implementation of flue gas cleaning systems for power stations, waste incineration plants and other incineration and industrial production processes.
